Giveaway terms and conditions

1. The Promoter is: Mas & Pas Limited T/A Loopla (company no. 11130731) whose registered office is at First Floor Office, 3 Hornton Place, London, United Kingdom, W8 4LZ.
2. The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Mas & Pas Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Route to entry for the giveaways will be advertised. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
5. The closing date for entry will be advised with the entry requirements for the giveaway. After this date the no further entries to the giveaway will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
6. The rules of the giveaway and how to enter will be advertised at the time of the giveaway. The entrant must be following @loopla_uk Instagram page to enter.
7. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
8. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
9. The giveaway prize is advertised with each giveaway. Details and quantity of prizes will be advertised with each giveaway.
10. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11. Winners will be chosen by the Promoter, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents. The Promoter’s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
12. Winners can only win one giveaway prize per year.
13. The winners will be notified by Instagram messenger within 7 days of the closing date. If a winner does not message us back within 48 hours accepting the giveaway, another winner will be chosen. Another winner will be chosen (with 48 hours to respond) until a winner responds and accepts their giveaway prize.
14. The promoter will notify the winner when the prize can be delivered. Winners will be notified via Instagram messenger. The prize will be sent by mail or electronically within 10 days of acceptance of the prize. Where the prize is sent by mail, the Promoter does not accept responsibility for delays outside of its control.
15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
16. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name, image and video footage and that of any children or pets that take part in the giveaway experience for use in the Promoter’s marketing materials. The winner assigns the copyright of any images, video or other media including of themselves, their children or pets that are taken as part of the giveaway experience to Mas & Pas Limited and provides a model release under this contract. The winner understands that they will be publicly visible when published and may be used in promotions or other marketing materials for the Loopla website or Instagram account. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

18. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or any other social network. You are providing your information to Mas & Pas Limited and not to any other party. 19. Mas & Pas shall have the right, at its sole discretion to change or modify these terms and conditions by updating this webpage. We will notify applicants of ongoing giveaways after updating these terms.
20. Mas & Pas reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
